We bought this cooktop for our new home and it is fantastic! The placement of the burners is perfect for cooking multiple items at once and the strength of the burn is perfect. This piece is also beautiful and it's great to have the light up knobs to know when it's on.

There is supposed to be a low simmer on the smallest burner. When I try to simmer something like spaghetti sauce in a small pot, it will not simmer, only boil. Very disappointed. Also, knowing the poor engineering/materials of your knobs you really should enclose a 2nd set, at least until you get the quality control up to par.

The grate sits too high above the flame, which leaves a nice space/gap between the actual flame and the bottom of the pot/pan when cooking or reheating something. This causes a lot of heat to escape into the kitchen area and takes longer to heat or cook something because approx 25% of the heat is escaping into thin air. I wish the design was for the
grate to sit at least 1/2" to 3/4" lower to trap the heat and make the unit much more efficient.

Bought this cooktop in July 2018 and have the following issues:
1. Knobs and grate are the same height, so the knob finished has melted because hot baking dishes have burnt the finish off. Either increase the grate height or make stainless steel knobs. Not paint over plastic.
2. Grates are no longer the original color
3. Stainless steel scratches easily.

I am enjoying my gas range, but am finding my need for larger burners is not met by this model. There could be a better mix of small to large burners, but overall I am happy with the appliance. The backlit knobs are a nice design element.

Had an older version of this same one in my last home. It's a well built unit that performs great. I do wish it was fingerprint resistant and that they could come up with a material for the burners that would clean back to like new better, but as a kitchen remodel contractor, I've not seen any out there that really do. Overall very satisfied.

The cooktop is wonderful! However, I would have given it a five star rating except that when a hot pan is placed on the cooktop or slides across the cook top, it sometimes hits the knobs and the knobs are already scratched. It can be frustrating when you have others cooking in your kitchen who do not realize this and it keeps happening. Sometimes hot pans from the oven are placed on the cooktop before serving, The have also scratched up the knobs. If the knobs were along the bottom, this could be prevented.

The cooktop is fueled by propane but there is no loss of power. A large pasta pot of water comes to a full boil quickly. The continuous grates makes moving pots easy and safe.

Love the appearance and layout. The feature that makes this stand apart it the backlit burner knobs. Great idea. The only thing I don't like is the tiny little rubber bumpers that protect the stove top from scratches. They are too small and tend to pop out too easily when you are wiping the cooktop.

I have not had a gas cook top for over 20 years. It has been great cooking with gas again. The cook top looks wonderful and works well. The controls are very easy to use. Everything is very straight forward and the heating is consistent. I have had some trouble using both the right side burners if one pan is a little oversized. That would be my only negative comment.
