Great fridge poor delivery and customer care

The refrigerator itself performs well. Cooling is consistent energy usage appears efficient and the capacity and shelving layout are well designed and functional. The listed dimensions were accurate and the unit fits the space as expected.
However for a major appliance purchase the overall product experience extends beyond performance alone. The shipping delivery coordination and lack of customer care follow-up significantly impacted my experience. The delivery was delayed multiple times and despite reaching out to LG customer service on two separate occasions I received no response or acknowledgment regarding the situation. Ordered on Dec 3 for a Dec 10th delivery. Product arrived Dec 29th with no explanation. Shipping company missed every deadline they set.
I am satisfied with the refrigerator itself but the lack of communication and accountability surrounding delivery and customer support fell well below expectations for a purchase of this size. I hope LG reviews this experience and follows up as I would like this issue to be addressed appropriately.

The refrigerator/freezer works well. The issue is this is the only refrigerator that would fit in my space. Every refrigerator today is 66 or taller while the height of my opening is 65. The opening width wise is 31. If LG would make a refrigerator counter depth with a height of 65 I would take this refrigerator as a loss and purchase a new refrigerator. Refrigerators have all gotten taller since 2000. Its a shame. My main complaint with this refrigerator is that there is no light in the freezer portion and that the shelving is horrible as I would like to put all my 32 ounce water bottles on the bottom shelf but they are too tall. I keep them all on the middle shelf. Also there isnt a deli bin and if you want to use the bottom portion for your fruits you pretty much have to bend on one knee. I understand that its a garage refrigerator but the way his refrigerator is organized is weird and not user friendly.

Mine didnt last a whole year customer service is horrendous I havent had a fridge for 2 and a half months and know one in our area will work on them

Refrigerator works well and is very quiet. It is a garage refrigerator and there is not protection for the back of the refrigerator so if a mouse or other critter gets in your garage the components are exposed. Other refrigerators have a protective cover on them.

Weve had this LG fridge directly from LG for a month and everything is working smoothly. The communication on its ETA was beyond excellent. Its a good overflow appliance for our garage but it lacks flexibilty in reconfiguring the shelves.

I bought my new refrigerator two weeks ago and absolutely love it. Its much more spacious inside than my old one even though it is the same cubic size. It runs very quiet. Not sure why its called a garage refrigerator because it looks so nice.

I am pleased with the refrigerator. I have been using it for two weeks and it consistently maintains 35F and 0F in the freezer. I only wished that I could adjust the refrigerator shelves. Otherwise a great buy for a garage-ready and energy-efficient refrigerator.

So far it runs very quietly and has an even temp. throughout the fridge. I would give an extra star if customer service agents were not all offshore. Its very hard to call them

Overall quality very good so far. The main drawback is the top shelf which is not adjustable and too short to accommodate standard juice or beverage bottles. Also the crisper drawer is very low to the floor almost requiring one to kneel on the floor. Will have to build a six inch platform to raise it up.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago. It is very quiet and sized as I was looking for unfortunately the crisper drawer handle is on the bottom edge of the compartment requiring you to be a Contortionist to open it Also the is insufficient toe-kick space and the door pinches your toes if you are wearing normally thick shoe soles
